If there are any pre-existing cases associated with your record, please be aware that we cannot modify or alter the established results of the NBI Clearance, as we do not have the authority to do so.
For NBI clearance renewal, your NBI must be from 2016 to present. If your NBI clearance is dated earlier than 2016, it will be considered a new application. For new application, please call us at 780-357-3996 so that we can provide you with the necessary details at 780-357-3996.
Create an NBI Clearance Account:
- Go to https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/.
- Register using your email address and a Philippine contact number.
  If you don’t have a Philippine number, you may use a relative's contact number, as the OTP for account verification will be sent to that number.
- In the password field, use Canada2024 as the initial password to allow us temporary access to your account. You can change the password after receiving your NBI Clearance.
- Once registered, log in to your account and complete your personal information.
- In the address field, enter your current address in Canada.

Additional Notes:

If you have a previous criminal case, you will be required to submit a certified true copy of your case records from the court. These documents must be prepared and submitted once requested by the NBI. The NBI will not release your clearance until all required documents are provided. We will notify you if we receive a document request from the NBI.

Please ensure that all information is accurate before saving. Once your application is submitted in the NBI, any corrections will require a new fee.
