For NBI clearance renewal, your NBI must be from 2016 to the present. If your NBI clearance is dated earlier than 2016, it will be considered a new application. If you are a new applicant, please call us at 780-357-3996 so that we can provide you with the necessary details.

Please create your account first at https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/. Enter your email address and a Philippine contact number. If you don't have a number in the Philippines, you can use your relative's contact number, as the OTP will be sent to their number for account verification. In the password section, please enter Canada2023 for us to access your account initially, and you can change it later after you receive your NBI Clearance. Once registered, please log in to your account and complete your information. In the address field, please enter your current address in Canada.
